How long does it take for published changes to go live?

Changes go live only after you manually trigger an update by clicking Publish → Update. Publishing creates a snapshot, but it doesn't automatically push changes to your live app. Once you click 'Update', the deployment completes, and you'll receive a pop-up with the published link.
