PublishingSite Down/Broken

My published site is down and users can't access it.

Here are some things to check:

  1. Republish your project — Click Publish → Update to redeploy. Lovable deploys snapshots, so if something went wrong, republishing may fix it.
  2. Check for build errors — Publishing errors are usually caused by build issues. Ask the Lovable Agent to investigate and resolve the problem.
  3. Verify it wasn't unpublished — Go to Project settings and confirm the project is still published.
  4. Check website access settings — On Business/Enterprise plans, ensure website access is set to Anyone (not Workspace) if external users need access.
  5. Check status.lovable.dev for any service incidents.
  6. Verify your domain's DNS records are still pointing to Lovable. Try accessing your Lovable preview URL—if that works, the issue is domain-related.
  7. Contact Support — If you're a paid customer and the issue persists, contact Lovable Support.
